You may place your order 24 hours a day using our online secure shopping cart, by clicking on the "add to cart" button. Check out by clicking "view cart".

PayPal is handling all of our credit card transactions, but you do not have to be a PayPal member to use it. We can accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards with PayPal. When you are ready to check out, you'll be redirected to PayPal's secure site to ensure that your privacy is protected. After you've finished, you'll be brought back to our site. You will receive an email confirmation of your order that is generated automatically.

If you would rather not use PayPal, you may send a check or money order for the amount owing to: In The Company of Friends ™, 1026 258th Avenue NE, Redmond, WA 98074 If you like, you can email your order to us and we will calculate the amount owing for you. We can then pack your order and it will ship as soon as we receive payment. There will be a $25.00 fee for any returned checks.

Shipping and Handling

There is a small handling fee, which will be added to the actual shipping cost in the cart. It is not labeled as such, only because there is not a separate place for it on the PayPal forms. When you see "Shipping" on your invoice, it includes both shipping and handling.

Washington State residents will have 10% sales tax added to their total.

Shipping is by US Postal Service Priority Post - charged at actual cost.

Shipping outside the U.S.

We are pleased to welcome orders from outside the United States. Shipping will be by US Postal Service Air Mail - charged at actual cost. Please email your order to us, and we will send you an electronic invoice.

Returns Policy

We endeavor to fill each order correctly and pack everything to make it to you in good shape. We hope you'll never have to return an item to us, but if you do, you are responsible for return shipping and the item must be in new condition, in its original packaging. If the return is due to an error on our part, you will be reimbursed for shipping costs.

We only collect personal information from you to fill your order, and we will never share that information with anyone without your explicit permission. We do not keep your information on our computers so it cannot be electronically stolen from us.
